Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are binding and govern the use of the Digital Media and its associated websites as described in more detail below. Each time you use the Digital Media and its associated websites you agree to these terms. Talk Liberation reserves the right to update or change the terms by posting the most current version with a new Effective Date. Website Traffic

TalkLiberation.com does not collect personally-identifiable information (PII). We gather high-level traffic statistics that do not contain visitor identities using a local instance of Plausible.

WLDragnet Report Generator

Custom reports related to our WLDragnet Investigation are provided by the application hosted at WLDragnet.com. This website does not collect personally-identifiable information (PII). The application utilizes a Twitter user handle volunteered by the visitor to generate a custom PDF document for download that contains information relevant to that handle. Neither the handle itself or the PDF document is retained by us. We gather high-level traffic statistics that do not contain user handles or visitor identities such as an aggregated total number of PDF documents created per hour. A client-side session token is generated to provide security for the system, such as limiting the number of visitor submissions, and it is never recorded by the server.

Talk Liberation E-mail

Talk Liberation hosts its own e-mail system @talkliberation.com. Information volunteered to Talk Liberation via email may be retained at our discretion in readable form for as long as necessary to complete our responsibilities to you. The email itself may be retained in an archival form, but not for longer than is necessary or as required under applicable law (such as in the event of a legal dispute). At no time is the information of the email sender distributed or sold for any reason. We do not maintain a marketing database or mailing list. Email communications are engaged in one-to-one on an as-needed basis.
