This is the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the TalkLiberation.com and WLDragnet.com Digital Media properties (hereafter, “Digital Media”) administered by Talk Liberation ehf. (hereafter, “Talk Liberation”) with intellectual property owned by Talk Liberation CIC Limited. In this document, “we”, “our”, and “us” refers to Talk Liberation and its administration of Digital Media.

For the privacy policy of Panquake.com and associated websites, refer to https://panquake.com/privacy-policy.

This policy does not refer to the upcoming Panquake software product, and should in no way be construed to refer to that software product and the corresponding social network.

The Talk Liberation team upholds strict internal policies against unauthorized disclosure or use of personal information. We, at all times and wherever possible, seek to actively avoid the collection of personal information. Where no other alternative exists, we utilize some third party services who may have differing practices and standards. Further details are below. When you engage those third-party services you become subject to their privacy policy rather than ours.

We take privacy and security extremely seriously. Respecting your data sovereignty and the preservation of your digital self is important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy or our use of data, please get in touch with us at privacy@talkliberation.com.

Website Traffic

TalkLiberation.com does not utilize cookies or collect personally-identifiable information (PII). We gather high-level traffic statistics that do not contain visitor identities using a local instance of GoAccess.

WLDragnet Report Generator

Custom reports related to our WLDragnet Investigation are provided by WLDragnet.com. This website does not store any visitor information and instead utilizes a Twitter user handle volunteered by the visitor to generate a custom PDF document for download that contains information relevant to that handle. Neither the handle itself or the PDF document is retained by us. We gather high-level traffic statistics that do not contain user handles or visitor identities such as an aggregated total number of PDF documents created per hour. A client-side session token is generated to provide security for the system, such as limiting the number of visitor submissions, and it is never recorded by the server.

Talk Liberation E-mail

Talk Liberation hosts its own e-mail system @talkliberation.com. Information volunteered to Talk Liberation via email may be retained at our discretion in readable form for as long as necessary to complete our responsibilities to you. The email itself may be retained in an archival form, but not for longer than is necessary or as required under applicable law (such as in the event of a legal dispute). At no time is the information of the email sender distributed or sold for any reason. We do not maintain a marketing database or mailing list. Email communications are engaged in one-to-one on an as-needed basis.

Third-Party Services
